My goal is to create Fine Art Photographs. Fine Art Photographs are both technically excellent and artistically and emotionally inspired. When I take a photograph, I choose the best available composition and lighting. I control camera settings and which lens and other equipment to use. The camera records the scene. This is the beginning. For me, my creativity starts after the image is captured. I make changes to elements such as color, tonality, saturation. I might change the composition or remove unwanted items from the image. I may spend hours working on a photograph until the resulting image is an artistic representation of what inspired me to take the photograph.
