The Power House Fire, which began May 30, 2013 near a power station in the Angeles National Forest, consumed 30,274 acres. In all, 24 homes were destroyed in Lake Hughes, Elizabeth Lake and nearby communities.

My goal is to create Fine Art Photographs. Fine Art Photographs are both technically excellent and artistically and emotionally inspired. When I take a photograph, I choose the best available composition and lighting. I control camera settings and which lens and other equipment to use. The camera records the scene.
