Beautiful scene of fishing boats in the harbor in the quaint village of Howth, Ireland, a short distance from Dublin. Taken on vacation in June, 2016.

My goal is to create Fine Art Photographs. Fine Art Photographs are both technically excellent and artistically and emotionally inspired. When I take a photograph, I choose the best available composition and lighting. I control camera settings and which lens and other equipment to use. The camera records the scene. This is the beginning. For me, my creativity starts after the image is captured. I make changes to elements such as color, tonality, saturation. I might change the composition or remove unwanted items from the image.
