Product Details

Our throw pillows are made from 100% spun polyester poplin fabric and add a stylish statement to any room. Pillows are available in sizes from 14" x 14" up to 26" x 26". Each pillow is printed on both sides (same image) and includes a concealed zipper and removable insert (if selected) for easy cleaning.

Artist's Description

When I went on a photo trip to an old mission in Encino, California, I brought along a straight razor used for many years by my husband's grandfather. The mission staff was kind enough to let me photograph my piece of history along with theirs. Textures and 'sun flair' added.

My goal is to create Fine Art Photographs. Fine Art Photographs are both technically excellent and artistically and emotionally inspired. When I take a photograph, I choose the best available composition and lighting. I control camera settings and which lens and other equipment to use. The camera records the scene. This is the beginning. For me, my creativity starts after the image is captured. I make changes to elements such as color, tonality, saturation. I might change the composition or remove unwanted items from the image. I may spend hours working on a photograph until the resulting image is an artistic representation of what inspired me to take the photograph.
